The Beer Festival is held at the Claygate Scouts premises. We encourage guests to gather outdoors in our extensive grounds where seating is available and gazebos are provided in case of inclement weather. The band on Saturday night will play outdoors. The beer and other drinks are served from our main hall which is large and well ventilated.

Throughout the pandemic we have followed government and Scout Association advice, which includes daily thorough cleaning of toilets, communal areas, sanitisation of equipment and furniture, provision of additional handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser. We will continue to clean the premises thoroughly during the Beer Festival and hand sanitiser will be provided for guests' use.

We encourage use of contactless cards for payment if possible, although payment by cash will be possible.

If any guests test positive for COVID in the days immediately preceding the Festival, or are advised to isolate or feel unwell, please do not attend.
